Candidates should bring 5+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to read schematics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Strong troubleshooting in PLC, electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and technical diagrams.
• Experience with preventive maintenance and downtime reduction.
• Knowledge of CMMS or other maintenance management systems (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Own equipment reliability and troubleshooting: diagnose, repair, and restore mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automated equipment.
• Troubleshoot PC/PLC-controlled sensors, drives, and controls to minimize downtime.
• Use schematics and docs to identify root causes and restore operation quickly.
• Coordinate with OEM support for complex repairs as needed.
• Take ownership from diagnosis through repair and follow-up to prevent recurrence.
• Drive preventive and proactive maintenance on critical equipment and maintain records.
