Job summary

Electrical Automation Services is seeking an Electromechanical Technician to support a high-speed beverage plant in Montgomery, AL. This on-site role covers troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of electrical and electromechanical systems across the facility.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, journeyman electrician certification or equivalent, and familiarity with SAP/CMMS.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician certification or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing, brewery, distillery, beverage, packaging, or consumer products facility.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams; experience with Allen-Bradley/Rockwell preferred.
• Experience with SAP, CMMS, or other maintenance management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems, control circuits, motors, motor controls, VFDs, PLCs, instrumentation, and automated production equipment.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance; support downtime reduction and asset reliability.
• Assist with installation, commissioning, startup, and validation of new equipment and capital projects.
• Document work orders and equipment history in SAP/CMMS; participate in RCA and 5 Whys for continuous improvement.
