Job summary

Zep Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician for site maintenance and repair of production equipment and facilities in our Chambersburg facility.

You will perform preventive maintenance and repairs on packaging equipment and motors, troubleshoot issues, and keep accurate work records in our maintenance system. Qualifications

• Forklift certification required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–3 years in maintenance, production, PLCs, or robotics in a manufacturing environment.
• Able to read, write and comprehend business documents.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment and facilities promptly.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on packaging equipment and material transfer systems.
• Maintain maintenance records in the CMMS or equivalent system.
• Assist in minor design/operation of new/used equipment for operations improvement projects.
