Job summary

Zimmer Biomet is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance on production equipment, execute repairs, and document tasks accurately. You will support maintenance teams, assist with moving/installing new machinery, and help maintain stock of maintenance supplies.

• High school diploma or GED and minimum 5 years’ experience in maintenance related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least two years of experience with CNC equipment and/or Packaging equipment maintenance and repair in addition to general mechanical and electrical maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on production, inspection and cleaning equipment.
• Provide support to maintenance technicians with repairs of production equipment.
• Document all maintenance performed in a timely and accurate manner.
• Assist with moving and installation of new equipment and machines.
• Document and maintain stocking levels of maintenance supplies.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies during all maintenance activities.
