Job summary

Bel is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair packaging area equipment, conduct preventive and predictive maintenance, and support commissioning of re- started lines. You will read blueprints, work with electricians, and apply test equipment including ultrasonic and thermography.

The role requires safe work with 3-phase power, 110V, and low voltage systems, plus strong problem-solving and teamwork to ensure GMP and safety compliance across shifts.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; an AAS in robotics/industrial maintenance is preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in electrical repairs, PLCs, and industrial maintenance.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics; strong safety awareness and GMP-like practices.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and adjust process equipment to optimize performance.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance using specialized test equipment.
• Repair, fabricate, and replace components; operate and re-commission repaired equipment.
• Maintain CMMS records, prepare reports, and order supplies.
• Follow NFPA arc flash, HACCP, GMP, and environmental protocols.
• Work with electrical technicians and production staff to ensure safe operation.
