The Maintenance Technician performs repairs on production and plant equipment, conducts preventive maintenance, and troubleshoots issues during production to minimize downtime. The role requires a HS diploma or GED and 1–2 years of related experience, with strong analytical and hands-on mechanical/ electrical skills.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years of applicable experience in manufacturing.
• Analytical problem solving capabilities.
• Excellent multi-tasking skills and ability to change gears often.
• Proven ability to perform under pressure with respect for others.
• Strong technical ability; apply basic electrical and mechanical principles hands-on.
