Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Experience with preventive maintenance in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to read schematics, equipment manuals, and work orders.
• PLC troubleshooting experience preferred but not required.
• Commitment to teamwork and safety.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair machinery, conveyors, and robotics.
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test, and make adjustments.
• Work with 120, 208, and 480 VAC circuits.
• Maintain conveyors, electronics, PLC hardware, and ladder logic.
• Work with motor control circuitry (VFDs, soft starts, etc.).
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and manuals.
• Operate shop machines (lathe, milling machine, drill press, grinder, power saws, etc.) as needed.
• Perform preventive maintenance to maximize uptime.
• Adhere to all safety standards, PPE requirements, and LOTO procedures.
