Job summary

Cornell Pump is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing team in Clackamas, Oregon. This role focuses on servicing, repairing, and maintaining CNC equipment in an industrial environment.

You should have a strong mechanical and electrical background, read schematics, and participate in on-call rotations to keep equipment running smoothly. The position offers a day shift with overtime opportunities and pay from $35.00 to $45.00 per hour depending on

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing.
Experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining CNC machinery.
Strong mechanical and electrical background.
Ability to read and interpret manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation and respond to maintenance emergencies.

Responsibilities

Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery.
Troubleshoot and repair CNC machines and related production equipment.
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic failures.
Conduct equipment repairs, adjustments, and calibrations for optimal machine performance.
Maintain and repair facility systems including electrical, plumbing, and building infrastructure.
Partner with production teams to identify recurring issues and implement long-term actions.
Coordinate and manage third-party service vendors for repairs and projects.
Maintain maintenance records, logs, and work orders.
Ensure compliance with safety policies and regulatory requirements.
Support continuous improvement initiatives for equipment reliability and uptime.
