Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma and/or equivalent; trade training in mechanical/electrical maintenance preferred.
• 3+ years in industrial maintenance with ability to troubleshoot complex equipment.
• Ability to read schematics/blueprints and work from diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and building systems.
• Support production equipment to reach optimum capabilities and uptime.
• Establish root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement fixes.
• Support continuous improvement projects and 5S/GMP compliance.
