Pratt Industries in Conyers, GA is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to maintain production equipment, facilities, and assets. You will troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to keep lines running and meet production targets.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least 3 years in industrial maintenance, ability to read schematics, and familiarity with OSHA regulations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Troubleshoot production equipment to optimize performance.
• Establish root cause analysis on equipment failures.
• Support continuous improvement and 5S/GMP compliance.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
