Qualifications

• High School Diploma or recognized equivalent.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of facilities maintenance experience in industrial, manufacturing, or commercial environments.
• Broad knowledge of commercial/industrial facility maintenance practices.
• Experience reading blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience operating forklifts, scissor lifts, or aerial lifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and installation of building systems and equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, manuals, and drawings to complete maintenance tasks.
• Utilize CMMS systems and basic computer tools for work orders and documentation.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and organization across facility areas.
• Respond to maintenance requests and support facility operations as needed.
