Job summary

REAL ALLOY is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Post Falls, ID operation. You will work hands-on with industrial equipment, troubleshoot issues, perform repairs, and support preventative maintenance to keep the aluminum recycling process safe and productive.

The role is a 5-day work week, 7am–3pm. Overtime may be required. We offer a strong benefits package that starts within 30 days of your start date.

Qualifications

• Several years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience.
• Safety-first mindset and adherence to safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support daily plant operations by responding to machinery issues and minimizing production downtime
• Inspect, service, and perform preventative maintenance on a variety of industrial systems and equipment
• Utilize electrical and mechanical knowledge to identify equipment failures and determine the appropriate repair
• Work with hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical components to restore equipment to proper operating condition
• Safely operate, inspect, and maintain mobile equipment
• Reference technical documentation, equipment manuals, drawings, and schematics when troubleshooting or completing repairs
• Follow all safety procedures, lockout/tagout requirements, and company policies
