Job summary

Real Alloy is seeking a safety‑minded Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will maintain and repair machinery that processes recyclable aluminum, supporting a facility focused on safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, welding repairs, and coordinating with operators to minimize downtime. A high school diploma or GED is required, with prior foundry experience and welding skills highly valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior Foundry Experience.
• Experienced Welder.
• Ability to work in a task completion environment to meet daily goals.
• General mechanical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on machines and equipment.
• Weld fabrication and repairs.
• Troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Piping installation and repair.
• Consult with production operators to ensure smooth running of all equipment.
• Assist maintenance leadership and engineers with plant repairs and projects.
