Job summary

Pratt is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Wisconsin to maintain production and ensure minimal downtime by servicing machinery and building systems. You will troubleshoot complex equipment, perform preventative maintenance, and coordinate with operators to diagnose and fix issues.

The role requires 4+ years of industrial maintenance, knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulics and pneumatic systems, and the ability to work overtime up to 12 hours/day.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulics and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to work independently without supervision.
• Overtime availability up to 12 hours per day.
• Desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs with quick response to failures.
• Diagnose faults and plan corrective actions.
• Communicate with Machine Operators and teams to diagnose and fix problems.
• Complete paperwork neatly and accurately per company guidelines.
• Follow up all work orders to ensure proper performance.
• Understand power transmission systems, gearboxes, conveyors, and welding processes.
• Know bearing, belt, gasket, and seal wear patterns.
• Use maintenance software effectively.
• Work well in a team with a positive attitude.
• Comply with safety and housekeeping policies.
