Perdue Farms is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to join our plant operations. You’ll bring advanced technical expertise to keep equipment running safely and reliably while pursuing continuous improvement.

You will work Monday–Friday 6:00 am–2:30 pm with weekends as needed, and you’ll grow your skills through on-the-job learning, training, and certifications while supporting a diverse team. Expect hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical systems, and collaboration

Formación

• 5–8 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Proficiency in hydraulics, mechanics, electrical, welding, and rigging.
• Intermediate PLC proficiency.
• Ability to read schematics and follow safety/quality protocols.
• Strong oral and written communication.

Responsabilidades

• Perform highly technical maintenance tasks with independence.
• Diagnose and repair complex machinery to maintain production efficiency.
• Support operators and technicians to resolve reliability issues.
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment setup and changeovers.
• Maintain accurate work records and reports.
