Qualifications
- 5 - 8 years of industrial maintenance experience.
- Expert proficiency in hydraulics, mechanics, electrical, welding, and rigging.
- Intermediate proficiency with PLC.
- Commitment to continuous learning and safety standards.
- Maintenance certification (QEW) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair highly technical machinery and perform preventive maintenance to ensure production efficiency.
- Collaborate with operators and other technicians to improve reliability and uptime.
- Provide support to production teams during changeovers and equipment setups.
- Maintain accurate work records and communicate findings clearly.
