Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for 2nd shift to support the Operations Maintenance Team across material handling equipment and pneumatic systems. You will install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment within a large warehouse facility.

Responsibilities include safety adherence, preventative maintenance documentation, and mentoring junior technicians. Strong CMMS, blueprint reading, and electrical knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in repair of material handling equipment (MHE) or automated conveyors.
• 2+ years of predictive and preventative maintenance experience.
• 1+ years of blueprint reading.
• 1+ years of knowledge with electrical and electronic principles.
• Experience with a CMMS.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
• Ability to work flexible schedules/shifts.

Responsibilities

• Safety: Promote a safe working environment by following safety procedures.
• Maintenance: Complete preventative maintenance with proper documentation; troubleshoot MHE.
• Monitoring: Create/assign/close work orders with labor hours, equipment maintenance, and parts used.
• Support: Mentor junior technicians to grow in their roles.
• Communication: Maintain positive working relationships across the Operations facility.
