Job summary

FedEx Corporation seeks a Maintenance Technician II to support industrial maintenance for material handling systems. You will perform preventative and predictive maintenance across mechanical power transmission, electrical, PLC/controls, and welding/fabrication areas, with support for troubleshooting.

You will use the EAM system to log data, follow safety requirements, and collaborate with senior technicians on complex repairs. Flexibility to work different shifts may be required.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Certificates in Industrial Maintenance/Mechatronics or related area, or an associate degree preferred.
Two years of Industrial Maintenance/Mechatronics experience with competency in at least two specialty skills.

Responsibilities

Provide preventative and predictive maintenance and repair of material handling systems.
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems; escalate complex issues.
Utilize EAM software to enter and retrieve prescribed data.
Follow safety standards and attend required trainings.
May participate in smaller scope projects.
