Job summary
Federal Express Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to support the maintenance of FedEx material handling systems. You will perform preventative and predictive maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical power transmission, electrical, PLC/controls, and welding/fabrication tasks to keep operations running efficiently.
Interpret schematics and use EAM software to log data, collaborate with senior technicians, and follow safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Experience performing preventative and predictive maintenance on material handling systems.
- Ability to read electrical or mechanical schematics and manuals to troubleshoot and repair system faults.
- Familiarity with PLC/controls and welding/fabrication processes.
Responsibilities
- Provide preventative and predictive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of material handling systems.
- Adhere to safety standards and participate in trainings and safety meetings.
- Interpret schematics and manuals to diagnose faults or determine escalation.
- Develop scopes of work and project plans for small-scale local projects.
- Support flexible schedules across days and shifts.
