Job summary

Manpower, Inc. is seeking Maintenance Technician I & II for a leading Industrial Power Systems company.

You will join the maintenance team supporting production operations, applying your mechanical knowledge and commitment to safety and quality in an industrial setting. The role requires hands-on maintenance, preventive and corrective tasks on assembly equipment, reading blueprints and electrical schematics, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing, operations, or high-volume facility.
• Experience using hand tools and power tools, and performing basic maintenance tasks such as lubrication, cleaning, and inspections.
• Mechanical knowledge of basic machines and systems, including pneumatics, hydraulics, gears, reducers, bearings, lubrication theory, drive components, and equipment alignment.
• Familiarity with electronics such as photo sensors, PLCs, remote I/Os, servo drives, and variable frequency drives.
• Ability to read and understand mechanical and building blueprints as well as electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on assembly equipment in production facilities following work orders and technical documentation.
• Respond to service requests and work orders with limited supervision to keep production facilities operating without interruption.
• Support general building maintenance including lamp replacement, simple construction, overhead doors, and plumbing.
• Complete basic electrical preventive maintenance on motors, lights, and electrical panels.
• Operate and maintain production equipment, including fork trucks, conveyors, robotic equipment, and related tools and equipment.
