Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking skilled Maintenance Mechanics across I-III levels to support plant equipment and production lines. You will install, troubleshoot, and overhaul equipment while performing preventive maintenance to maximize reliability and minimize downtime.

The role requires reading schematics, following safety rules, and collaborating with teams on changeovers and improvements. Experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, and automated controls is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year maintenance experience or equivalent technical training.
• Ability to read and interpret basic technical documents and schematics.
• Ability to obtain PIT certification and pass safety training.
• Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Strong English communication for safety and training.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, maintain, modify, repair, and rebuild plant and facility equipment.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability.
• Inspect equipment and identify issues before they impact production.
• Assist production teams with equipment changeovers and setup activities.
• Dismantle defective equipment to access components.
• Support continuous improvement and root cause analysis efforts.
