Job summary

Crest Industries, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our Eunice, LA night shift and Pineville, LA day shift teams. You will maintain production equipment, troubleshoot issues, and perform preventative maintenance in an active industrial setting.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, can read blueprints, and are proficient with tape measures, with 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience. Hydraulic/electrical background is required; CNC/PLC experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints required.
• Ability to read a tape measure required.
• 2+ years of prior industrial maintenance experience required.
• Hydraulic and electrical background experience required.
• Communication in an industrial environment required.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and maintains production equipment with or without supervision.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor equipment malfunctions.
• Disassembles and reassembles machines for maintenance or repair.
• Starts machines and checks operation for efficiency and issues.
• Records maintenance information and reads work orders.
