Job summary
Swipejobs, Inc. in Houston seeks an experienced Maintenance Technician to service CNC and manual machines, perform preventive maintenance, and keep facilities in top condition. You will troubleshoot electrical (120/240/480V), hydraulic and pneumatic systems, follow safety rules, and communicate clearly in English.
A HS diploma or GED and 3+ years in maintenance are required. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to read and follow instructions.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of troubleshooting CNC controls and repairs.
- Maintenance skills to service machines and facilities.
- Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair equipment on CNC and Manual machines.
- Electrical wiring/installation experience (120V, 240V, 480V).
- Strong written and oral communication in English.
- Follow Health and Safety regulations with attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair CNC and manual machines in the factory.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance to keep machines and facilities in good condition.
- Maintain electrical wiring/installation work and support building systems.
- Communicate effectively and follow both oral and written instructions in English.
- Support HVAC repair and servicing as needed to keep equipment running.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and high attention to detail.
