Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure is seeking a maintenance technician to perform a wide range of duties in an industrial manufacturing environment. The role ensures all equipment operates safely and efficiently by completing preventative maintenance, following diagrams, reading operations manuals and troubleshooting malfunctions.

Responsibilities include maintaining safe conditions of facility equipment and grounds, constructing fixtures, performing scheduled maintenance, repairing equipment, and

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in industrial manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read basic machine blueprints.
• Skill in using hand tools and basic machine shop equipment.
• Lifting up to 40 lbs.
• Willingness to work under extreme temperatures, noise, dust.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the safe condition of facility equipment, building and grounds.
• Construct fixtures as required.
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections on equipment as scheduled.
• Repair facility equipment, fixtures, building, and grounds.
• Remove and/or install fixtures and equipment for safe, efficient operation.
• Troubleshoot systems to determine causes of failures and propose repairs.
• Maintain cleanliness of maintenance tools and fixtures.
