Crest Steel is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment and facility systems. The role emphasizes high-voltage electrical work, PLC controls, automation, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical troubleshooting.

The candidate will support plant operations, minimize downtime, and uphold safety standards while traveling for training and rotating to first shift and on-call status as needed.

Formación

• Experience with industrial electrical systems up to 480V.
• Proficient in PLC troubleshooting and programming modifications.
• Read electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical systems.
• Follow OSHA safety regulations and maintain safe work environment.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial machinery, conveyors, cranes, forklifts, and material handling systems.
• Diagnose and repair high-voltage electrical systems, motor controls, transformers, switchgear, VFDs.
• Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment including Allen-Bradley and Siemens systems.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams and manuals.
• Perform preventive maintenance on electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical systems.
• Install, test, and commission new equipment and automation systems.
• Utilize LOTO and other safety procedures during maintenance activities.
• Maintain maintenance records and spare parts inventory.
• Respond to breakdowns to maximize production uptime.
