Job summary

Crown Health Care Laundry Services, Inc. is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot electrical control systems, PLCs, inverter drives, and hydraulic/pneumatic equipment in a fast-paced Mississippi plant.

You will maintain and repair production machinery during mid-shift with emphasis on safety and quality. The role requires strong problem-solving, blueprint reading, and effective communication to train new employees and respond to maintenance calls during production hours.

Qualifications

• Two years electrical experience in industrial settings.
• Strong communication skills.

• Ability to access and navigate all areas of the facilities.

Responsibilities

• Performing preventive maintenance on assigned equipment
• Record taking of daily meter readings, boiler chemistry, and sanitation
• Responding to maintenance calls during production hours
• Repairing machinery in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
• Assist in training new employees on correct machinery operation
