Job summary

Cresco Labs is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician. You will ensure the facility is maintained in a satisfactory condition for all required production and manufacturing operations. The role involves plumbing, electrical, carpentry and HVAC tasks to keep the site running efficiently.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm, with responsibilities including reading machine prints and performing repairs under pressure. Eligible for comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of industrial building maintenance preferred.
• Experience in a production environment using mechanical, electrical and plumbing troubleshooting skills; utility installations (electrical, steam, air, process piping) is a plus.
• Hands-on experience in installation of piping systems (air, water, steam), industrial electrical installations and control circuits preferred.
• Ability to read machine prints and perform machine repair.
• An ability to work well under pressure.
• Relevant technical knowledge.
• HVAC Certified preferred.
• Requires work around plant material, which could include exposure to plant pollen and/or dust.
• Requires ability to sit, stand, kneel, and/or do repetitive actions with your hands for long periods of time.
• Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level.
