Cresco Labs is seeking a Facility Maintenance Supervisor to join our growing team. You will ensure the facility is maintained for all production and manufacturing operations and supervise Facility Maintenance Technicians, coordinating work orders to keep the facility in top condition.

Expected skills include plumbing, electrical, carpentry and HVAC certification. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in industrial maintenance, supervisory experience, and the ability to read prints and manage multiple

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial building maintenance experience.
• Experience in a supervisory position preferred.
• Ability to read machine prints and assign duties to technicians.
• Ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee building inspections, bids, operations, leases and projects.
• Delegate tasks and prepare work lists for technicians.
• Schedule regular HVAC and lighting inspections and general premises checks.
• Direct technicians in repairing mechanical equipment as directed.
• Maintain maintenance performance logs.
