Job summary

Cresco Labs is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician. You will ensure the facility is maintained for production and manufacturing operations, with skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry and HVAC. The role requires hands-on maintenance across building systems and safety compliance.

Responsibilities include routine checks, repairs, and coordinating with teams to keep the facility in top condition. Schedule: Tue-Fri 7:00am–5:30pm; benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO and

Qualifications

1-3 years in industrial building maintenance preferred.
Ability to read machine prints and perform repairs.
Hands-on experience with piping, electrical and plumbing troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Timely completion of work lists.
Check HVAC, lighting, roof and premises on a routine schedule.
Maintain building systems including lighting, HVAC, thermostats, life safety and security.
Repair mechanical equipment as directed.
Electrical, plumbing, painting and carpentry as required.
Support roof maintenance and patching as needed.
Troubleshoot and solve problems; use protective gear as needed.
