Job summary

Cresco Labs is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician. As the Facility Maintenance Technician, you will ensure the facility is maintained in a satisfactory condition for all required production and manufacturing operations.

The role requires a hands-on approach across plumbing, electrical, carpentry and HVAC systems in a fast-paced cannabis cultivation environment. You will perform inspections, service building systems, log maintenance, and work with contractors.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification preferred.
• Ability to read machine prints and perform machine repair.
• Experience in industrial maintenance in production environments is a plus.
• Must be able to drive a forklift.
• Must be able to tolerate dust and pollen in cultivation environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist with building inspections, procure bids, building operations, leasing and projects as needed.
• Timely completion of work lists.
• Check HVAC, doors, lighting, roof and general premises on a routine schedule.
• Maintain building systems including lighting, HVAC, thermostats, life safety and building security.
• Repair mechanical equipment and keep a maintenance log.
