Qualifications

• 1-3 years of industrial building maintenance preferred.
• HVAC Certified (preferred).
• Experience in plumbing, electrical, and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Able to read machine prints and perform basic repairs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with inspections, bids, building operations and projects as needed.
• Complete work lists in a timely manner.
• Inspect HVAC, lighting, doors, and roofing on a routine schedule.
• Maintain building systems including HVAC, lighting, life safety, and security.
