Job summary

Cresco Labs is seeking a versatile Maintenance Technician to ensure the operational condition of the facility and production machinery. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, troubleshooting of automated equipment, and general repairs of building systems.

The ideal candidate has strong mechanical knowledge with at least 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance. Benefits include major medical, dental, vision insurance, and a 401(K)-match program.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial/commercial building maintenance required.
• HVAC Certification is highly preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment and pumps.
• Diagnose mechanical failures and repair machinery.
• Maintain building systems including lighting and HVAC.

Skills

Strong mechanical knowledge of hydraulics

Proficiency with hand/power tools

Ability to quickly diagnose issues

Experience in commercial building maintenance

Education

High school diploma or GED

Specialized technical training or associate degree

CMMS software
