Job summary

Cresco Labs is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician to ensure the production facility runs smoothly. You will handle plumbing, electrical, carpentry and HVAC tasks, with shifts that may include early mornings, evenings, or weekends to meet operational needs.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of industrial building maintenance experience, basic computer skills and the ability to read machine prints. HVAC knowledge and PLC familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of industrial building maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge required.
• Ability to read machine prints and perform simple repairs.
• Experience in production environments with mechanical, electrical and plumbing troubleshooting.
• HVAC knowledge and/or PLC/control circuitry familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Timely completion of work lists and scheduled maintenance.
• Check HVAC components, lighting, doors and building security.
• Maintain building systems including lighting, HVAC, thermostats and life safety.
• Repair mechanical equipment and electrical components as directed.
• Assist in roof maintenance and painting/drywall patching as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and complete required training on time.
