Job summary

LeoForce is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician in Delphos, OH, to maintain and troubleshoot a range of food production equipment, including refrigeration, pumps, and pneumatics. The role requires Lock Out Tag Out, PLC, schematics, and pneumatics knowledge, with a strong emphasis on safety and downtime reduction.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Lock Out Tag Out, PLC, Schematics and Pneumatics.
• Experience with refrigeration and pumps is highly desirable.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics and blueprints.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment and machinery breakdowns.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments.
• Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks to meet production deadlines.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.

Responsibilities

• Conducting routine maintenance on production equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
• Troubleshooting and repairing equipment and machinery breakdowns in a timely and efficient manner.
• Performing preventative maintenance on equipment and machinery to minimise the risk of breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
• Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, parts used and time spent on each job.
• Collaborating with other departments, including production, engineering and quality control, to ensure the smooth operation of the manufacturing process.
• Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and procedures, including Lock Out Tag Out, to minimise the risk of accidents and injuries.

Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team in the food production industry. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production equipment and machinery. You will be required to work on a range of equipment, including refrigeration, pumps and pneumatics.
