Qualifications

• High school diploma; technical or trade-school education is a plus.
• 2+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
• Basic electrical knowledge, including AC/DC circuits and basic electrical work.
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, vacuum systems, and compressed air.
• Knowledge of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
• Familiarity with SDS/MSDS, HACCP, and SQF programs is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Good time-management and project-management abilities.
• A self-motivated, proactive "can-do" attitude.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also working independently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, adjust, and repair production equipment.
• Perform equipment and tooling changeovers.
• Complete scheduled preventive maintenance on production and facility equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, vacuum, and compressed-air systems.
• Support production to minimize equipment downtime and maintain peak operating performance.
• Perform first-piece and line-clearance inspections following equipment changes and setups.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
• Manage and maintain spare-parts inventory.
• Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability, efficiency, and operating costs.
• Partner with Engineering, Production Management, fellow Maintenance Technicians, and production employees to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support a high-volume manufacturing operation. This is a hands‑on role responsible for keeping production equipment operating safely and efficiently, performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and supporting production changeovers and continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate is mechanically strong, comfortable troubleshooting electrical and industrial equipment, and someone who takes a proactive approach to solving problems.

Schedule

Regular Schedule

• Monday–Thursday: 3:00 PM–12:30 AM
• Friday: 10:00 AM–2:00 PM

Training Schedule

• First 2–4 weeks: 7:00 AM–4:30 PM or 8:00 AM–5:30 PM
• Approximately 4–6 weeks: Split-shift training
• Transition to the permanent 3:00 PM–12:30 AM schedule

Key Responsibilities
