Qualifications

• Ability to pass a physical examination.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on motors, pneumatic tools, conveyors, and production machinery.
• Diagnose mechanical problems using precision measuring instruments.
• Dismantle devices to replace defective parts with hoists and hand tools.
• Inspect parts for dimensional changes using calipers and micrometers.
• Adjust components using hand tools, levels, and straight edges.
• Minimize downtime by scheduling maintenance during non-production periods.
• Fabricate repair parts using machine shop instrumentation and equipment.
• Maintain equipment, parts, and supplies inventories using a Kanban system.
• Share maintenance information and respond to questions from teams.
• Prepare maintenance reports by analyzing information trends.
• Stay updated with technical knowledge through workshops and publications.
• Document actions and communicate ongoing needs to ensure continuity.
• Collaborate with team members and accept reassignments.
