Job summary

Pentair is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for the Chardon, OH facility to maintain and repair automated, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment. The role emphasizes preventive maintenance and rapid repair to minimize downtime in a high-demand manufacturing environment.

You will read diagrams, wire faults, install drive systems, and document work performed to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of electrical up to 480V and 480V 3-phase controls.
• Ability to read diagrams, schematics and manuals.
• Strong problem-solving and mechanical reasoning abilities.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
• Install and set up AC/DC drives and troubleshoot motor controls.
• Conduct preventative maintenance per program outlines.
• Document supplies and repairs; read diagrams and verify work.
• Perform other duties in production areas as needed.
