Job summary

Pentair plc in Chardon, OH is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the 3rd shift to support automated, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment with preventative maintenance in a manufacturing setting. You will troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, install AC/DC drives, read diagrams and manuals, and document repairs while meeting safety and quality standards.

The role offers 8:30pm–7:00am (Mon–Thu), a pay range of $28–$38/hour DOE, a $1,000 hiring bonus, and a 10% shift

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior industrial maintenance experience
• Knowledge of electrical up to 480V
• Good mathematical and mechanical reasoning and critical thinking

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment in the facility
• Install and set up AC & DC drives; troubleshoot 480V 3-phase motor controls; basic PLC troubleshooting
• Perform preventative maintenance per program outlines and document repairs
