Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor based at our Portland Plant in the United States. The role will coordinate and supervise mechanical maintenance activities to maximize equipment availability while ensuring safety, quality and environmental compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience or cement industry experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.
• Ability to prioritize, organize and work under pressure.
• Adherence to all safety protocols and proper use of PPE.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise mechanical maintenance activities to maximize equipment availability.
• Inspect plant equipment and analyze data to initiate maintenance work orders.
• Provide direction to maintenance and purchasing groups for technical purchases.
• Ensure safety, environmental and regulatory compliance in all activities.
• Coach and mentor plant employees and lead problem-solving task forces.
