Qualifications

• Journeyman card or six years related experience, with 2–3 years in an industrial setting.
• Proven leadership in fast-paced automotive manufacturing.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; cross-functional teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead skilled tradesmen to resolve problems and improve performance.
• Direct activities to meet safety, quality, delivery, and waste goals.
• Review root-cause analyses to plan manpower and equipment needs.
• Ensure adherence to policies, safety, and union contract guidelines.
• Coordinate with operations, materials, engineering, quality and others.
• Assist in budgeting and resource forecasting for maintenance projects.
• Support health, safety and environmental programs on shift.
• Establish and monitor standardized work.
