Job summary

Torrey Holistics in Richmond, IN is hiring for 2nd and 3rd shift Industrial Maintenance Technicians. You’ll restore and sustain equipment performance by quick, precise troubleshooting and repair, and you’ll perform preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime.

You’ll work with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, install and align motors, conveyors, pumps, and gearboxes, read schematics, and follow LOTO procedures.

Qualifications

• Industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems.
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, motors, and plant machinery.
• Comfort reading electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Lockout/Tagout safety procedures must be followed.

Responsibilities

• Restore and sustain equipment performance through fast, accurate troubleshooting and repair.
• Execute preventive/predictive maintenance to extend asset life and minimize downtime.
• Address faults across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic domains.
• Install, align, and service motors, conveyors, pumps, bearings, gearboxes.
• Use blueprints, electrical diagrams, and OEM manuals to guide your work.
• Drive upgrades, installations, and continuous improvement actions with cross-functional partners.
• Apply welding and fabrication to complete durable, safe repairs.
• Follow company safety procedures rigorously and complete all documentation precisely.
