Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in engineering or related field plus 3 years in ops/manufacturing.
• Advanced SAP skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of reliability maintenance and configuration management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily maintenance activities to align with schedules and policies.
• Trains, develops, and mentors direct reports for performance growth.
• Leads maintenance team across shifts to support production priorities.
• Monitors KPIs and implements corrective actions for improvements.
• Participates in evaluations and provides performance feedback as needed.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
