Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Manufacturing or production maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Ability to read maintenance documentation and technical information.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on equipment and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Diagnose equipment failures and restore operation.
• Maintain maintenance records and downtime reports.
• Order and maintain inventory of replacement parts.
• Support plant safety initiatives and LOTO procedures.
• Train and mentor new maintenance team members.
• Communicate updates between shifts.
