Job summary

Roche Indianapolis is seeking a maintenance supervisor for a 3rd shift (10:30pm–7:00am, Mon–Fri). The role leads maintenance of production equipment and coaches direct reports to meet production goals.

You will monitor KPIs, drive continuous improvement, conduct performance reviews, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. An associates degree in engineering and 3 years in manufacturing are required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Engineering or closely related technical discipline or equivalent military / trade experience.
• 3 years experience in an operations or manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily activities of maintenance personnel to ensure compliance with company policies/procedures.
• Trains, develops, and mentors direct reports
• Supervises and leads a team involved in the maintenance of production equipment taking into account production schedules and priorities.
• Monitors and analyzes key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate corrective actions.
• Conducts regular performance evaluations, provides feedback, and addresses any performance or disciplinary issues as needed.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and support organizational goals.
• Assists other supervisors on different shifts as needed.
