Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to improve the reliability of facility and production equipment. You will manage work orders, plan preventive maintenance, and oversee budgets and vendor relationships.

You will lead a maintenance team, schedule staffing, and implement safety programs while serving as a key link between operations and facilities. This role is based in the United States with a first shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience repairing industrial processing equipment.
• Minimum 2 years' supervisory experience.
• Experience reading electrical, electronic and blueprint drawings.
• Experience with maintenance management systems and budgeting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to stand up to 7 hours of an 8 hour shift and be on call 24 hours.
• High School Diploma/GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Improve functionality and reliability of production and facility equipment.
• Manage and schedule facility and equipment work assignments.
• Perform preventative maintenance scheduling and reporting.
• Develop and implement safety processes and procedures.
• Manage budgets for building, equipment, parts and labor.
• Identify suppliers, negotiate with service companies, and train staff.
• Supervise and mentor maintenance team; maintain staffing levels.
