Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead all maintenance activities at our facilities. You will oversee mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, manage maintenance scheduling, and drive safety programs while controlling budgets and vendor relations.

The role requires 5+ years repairing industrial equipment and 2+ years in supervision, with strong aptitude in reading blueprints and MS Office. On-call availability and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience repairing industrial processing equipment in an industrial environment or in the military.
• Minimum 2 years' supervisory experience.
• Equipment knowledge: wiring, electrical, electronic components, pipe systems and plumbing, machinery.
• Maintenance management experience including planning, scheduling, budgeting, negotiating, parts management, vendor management and with maintenance management systems.
• Ability to read maintenance literature printed in English.
• Experience with blueprints and ability to read blueprints.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and intranet/internet.
• Ability to stand for up to 7 hours of an 8 hour shift.
• Ability to be on call 24 hours per day.
• High School Diploma/GED

Responsibilities

• Lead all maintenance activities at Cintas facilities including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Plan, schedule and supervise facility and equipment work assignments and preventive maintenance.
• Develop and implement safety processes and procedures; manage budgets for building, equipment, parts and labor.
• Identify and evaluate parts suppliers, negotiate with service companies, and manage vendor relationships.
• Prepare maintenance reports and train/mentor maintenance staff.
