Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance activities at our facilities in Pittsburg, CA. You will oversee all equipment maintenance, scheduling, safety processes and budgeting to ensure reliability and uptime.

We require 5+ years in industrial repair and 2+ years in supervision, with strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, blueprints and MS Office. On-call 24/7 support is expected, with a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience repairing industrial processing equipment in an industrial environment or in the military
• 2+ years' supervisory experience
• Knowledge of wiring, electrical and electronic components, pipe systems and plumbing, machinery
• Maintenance management experience including planning, scheduling, budgeting, negotiating, parts management, vendor management and with maintenance management systems
• Ability to read maintenance literature printed in English
• Experience with blueprints and ability to read blueprints
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and intranet/internet
• Ability to stand for up to 7 hours of an 8 hour shift
• On-call availability 24 hours per day
• High School Diploma/GED

Responsibilities

• Lead all maintenance activities at Cintas facilities
• Improve functionality and reliability of production and facility equipment
• Manage and schedule facility and equipment work assignments
• Perform and schedule all preventative maintenance
• Develop and implement safety processes and procedures
• Manage building, equipment, budgets and parts/labor costs
• Prepare maintenance reports and manage vendor relations
• Supervise and mentor maintenance staff; maintain staffing levels
• Respond to emergency alarms and coordinate maintenance response
