Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance activities at our facilities. You will lead a team to improve the reliability of production and facility equipment, manage budgets, and develop safety processes.

Responsibilities include scheduling preventive maintenance, supervising maintenance staff, and coordinating with internal and external service providers. A strong background in industrial maintenance and supervision is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years repairing industrial processing equipment.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience.
• Ability to read English maintenance literature.
• Stand for up to 7 hours of an 8 hour shift.
• On-call 24 hours per day.
• High School Diploma/GED.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance activities to improve reliability of production and facility equipment.
• Manage and schedule facility and equipment work assignments.
• Perform and schedule preventive maintenance.
• Develop and implement safety processes and procedures.
• Manage budgets and reporting for maintenance activities.
• Train, supervise and mentor maintenance staff.
