Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance at our facilities. You will oversee mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, schedule work, and drive preventative maintenance programs.

The role requires at least 5 years fixing industrial equipment and 2 years of supervision, with strong budgeting, vendor management, and leadership skills. This is a full-time, on-site position in Oklahoma City.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience repairing industrial processing equipment.
• Minimum 2 years' supervisory experience.
• Experience with wiring, electrical, electronic components, pipe systems and plumbing, machinery.
• Maintenance management experience including planning, scheduling, budgeting, vendor management and with maintenance management systems.
• Ability to read maintenance literature in English.
• Experience with blueprints; ability to read blueprints.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and intranet/internet.
• Ability to stand for up to 7 hours of an 8 hour shift.
• Ability to be on call 24 hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Lead all maintenance activities at Cintas facilities and improve functionality and reliability of equipment.
• Manage and schedule facility and equipment work assignments.
• Perform and schedule all preventative maintenance assignments.
• Develop and implement safety processes and procedures.
• Manage budgets for building, equipment, capital expenditures, parts and labor.
• Prepare maintenance reports.
• Identify and evaluate parts suppliers; negotiate with service companies.
• Conduct training for maintenance staff; supervise and mentor the team.
• Maintain staffing levels and respond to emergency alarms.
