Job summary

Cintas Corporation seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead all maintenance activities at our facilities. You will oversee mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, schedule work, and ensure safety programs are followed.

The role requires strong supervisory experience, blueprints literacy, and proficiency in MS Office. Expect on-call duties and a focus on reliability and cost control in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience repairing industrial processing equipment in an industrial environment or in the military.
• Minimum 2 years' supervisory experience.
• Equipment knowledge: wiring, electrical, electronic components, pipe systems and plumbing, machinery.
• Maintenance management experience including planning, scheduling, budgeting, negotiating, parts management, vendor management and with maintenance management systems.
• Ability to read maintenance literature printed in English.
• Experience with blueprints and ability to read blueprints.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and intranet/internet.
• Ability to stand for up to 7 hours of an 8 hour shift.
• Ability to be on call 24 hours per day.
• High School Diploma/GED

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance activities at Cintas facilities to improve functionality and reliability of production and facility equipment.
• Manage and schedule all facility and equipment work assignments.
• Perform and schedule all preventative maintenance assignments.
• Develop and implement safety processes and procedures.
• Manage building, equipment, capital expenditures and parts and labor budgets.
• Prepare maintenance reports; identify and evaluate parts suppliers and negotiate with vendors.
• Conduct training for maintenance staff; supervise and mentor the maintenance team.
• Maintain staffing levels and respond to emergency alarms.
